I must admit- when I first started this challenge I really picked possibly the worst time this year to begin an online 2 Week Challenge. The week after I began my challenge I returned to shiftwork and needless to say things were a little hectic in my household!
Well being about 2 weeks over due, I have lost about 1.5-2 kgs during the Fit Fun Mum 2 week health kick challenge.
The thing I am most interested in with my results is the motivation I have gained from this challenge. I have decided that next year I will be competing in IFBB/INBA. It is something I have been toying with for the past 18 months and over the past few weeks I have really enjoyed being at the gym and have decided to go for it!
